1 napa cabbage, cut into thin strips
2 carrots, shredded
3-4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup grated Daikon radish
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 -1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup mung bean sprouts
Asian ginger dressing (try my homemade version)
Directions
Place all the vegetables in a salad bowl and top with the dressing. Serve immediately
