Ingredients

  • 1 napa cabbage, cut into thin strips


  • 2 carrots, shredded


  • 3-4 green onions, chopped


  • 1/2 cup grated Daikon radish


  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips


  • 1/2 -1 cup sliced mushrooms


  • 1 cup mung bean sprouts


  • Asian ginger dressing (try my homemade version)

Directions

  • Place all the vegetables in a salad bowl and top with the dressing. Serve immediately
